Rainy Sunday Baking! Too wet to be out in the garden, so I decided to do some baking! Turned out a batch of tortillas for dinner on Sunday, along with a loaf of bread.
It's happily back to surgery for me on today, as there is a backlog of elective cosmetic surgery on my schedule now that we can get back to work. It's great to be back with my staff to see patients after the long interruption. Stay healthy and safe.
